RunAsDate is a small, completely free program that works to run programs at the time and date that you indicate.
RunAsDate at no time modifies the date of the system or makes any other internal change, it simply inserts the indicated date into the application you want. You can configure the running of multiple applications at the same time, each one with different times and dates, while the time on your system remains unaltered.
